Everything was exactly as we would have liked! We left with real regret! Hotel with great attention to every detail, maximum attention and availability from all the staff (reception, restaurant, room cleaning). The restaurant truly worthy with its variety and quality. We greatly appreciated the attention (rare to find) towards the preparation of the dishes we chose for our almost 2 year old daughter. Very nice terrace to have a cocktail overlooking the sea! Beautiful beach a stone's throw from the hotel, with the possibility of leaving the games inside two cabins reserved for the hotel. There is also the possibility of having beach towels daily: this time we did not use this service, it will certainly be for next time! You always return to where you had a good time! Thank you so much for the stay you gave us!

Attention ! They are scammers! I had to cancel the arrival date 16 days before but my deposit was withheld. I was kindly informed that I could use it for a stay in the same season, but when I contacted the property in September, they informed me that the season was over without giving me any choice. Upon contacting the property again, I was informed that my deposit was now lost and that theirs was a "kindness". Communication with the hotel is terrible - they never respond, the prices are not visible to the public nor the availability of the rooms. If they then withhold your money with 16 days of cancellation and find various excuses, I remain of the idea of staying longer. Terrible!

I spent a week in this hotel. The room overlooking the sea was beautiful and the cleanliness was exceptional. The light wood setting and furnishings are very pleasant. The soundproofing of the rooms is good, almost saving you from the soundtrack of the nightlife. The staff at reception, at the bar and in the dining room are kind, helpful and always courteous. Senigallia is a lively place. The historic center and beach are well-kept and welcoming. The Hotel Riviera offers totally renovated and high quality environments. Good food, cleanliness, polite and helpful staff allow for a very pleasant stay. Lido 82, adjacent to the structure, is comfortable and well organised. A special thanks to Daniela and the girls at the reception and on the floors, to Franco and Hammer, to Heku-Samu-Denis, to Jessica and Pamela and to all the guys in the dining room and kitchen. always ready to smile.

A very decent hotel right on the sandy beach with its own sun loungers, parking, good restaurant, panoramic lounge bar on the 6th floor! Very helpful staff! Turkish bath in the bathroom! For Italy, a rare phenomenon: everything is hyper clean and very freshly renovated! I recommend!!! One of the small minuses is that there is no restaurant in the hotel where you can eat a la carte if you are tired of the boarding house (we stayed for a long time and the boarding house menu is repeated every week - at some point you want to diversify and then you need to look for a restaurant outside the hotel)! From the staff we can especially highlight the director, who is also a cook, Debora - a waiter, a girl with dark hair at the reception who will greet you well, and Daniela from the reception - most likely the hotel manager for reservations!!! p.s. we stayed in a suite, it’s one, big and beautiful, but there is one minus (the lounge bar with music is on the same 6th floor from 18-00 to 00.00 and the music sounds quite loud and there is a speaker almost right on the terrace of the room from where the bass comes) but if you ask the girl behind the Bar, she will turn down the volume and everything will be fine :) the staff greets you in a friendly manner and also escorts you out! I recommend this hotel!!!
